I led the HSE team on the VALARIS DS10 Drillship on Bonga Field, Nigeria, on 28/28 rotation, working with diverse multinational crew. The DS10 recorded over 6 years LTI free operations, due to collaborative visible safety leadership; and implementation of the Assist & Assure Safety Leadership management strategy (START WORK CHECKS). The DS10 drilled 20 development wells, worked over 6 intervention wells, and permanently abandoned 26 wells in deep water operations. Presently, I am the Senior HSE Adviser, SNEPCo Bonga North Project with key responsibility of ensuring value delivery in HSSE & SP in PMF Goal Zero programs for Bonga North Project, ensuring the safe delivery operations on the project.
