Description: The application provides gateway in creation of extensions/ configuration buttons on phones. The code goes all the way back
to before TeleVantage released and was originally started in Visual Basic 3. A lot of the code has been "modernized" along the way but
there are still some odd chunks of old code hanging around. Communication with the TeleVantage half of the Wave server is handled via
a C++ COM component called TVCliSvr-the TeleVantage Client/Server Communication DLL. It provides a nice COM interface to the server
& abstracts some of the awkward things in the server. Most of this comes together in a component. A component is one of the "views" in
the Admin UI such as the users view or the auto attendant view. It provides everything required by UI- setting up a grid control, filling grid &
managing toolbar buttons. A component consists of an MDI form, a grid on the form, and a class to represent.
