Head of Finance
Job Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
• Work closely with senior management to improve commercial performance and support effective financial decision-making.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and reporting procedures.
• Provide strategic financial advice and insights to CEOs, boards, and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee working capital management and identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple countries and business units within a complex organizational structure.
• Support business growth through financial analysis, commercial insights, and effective resource management.
Requirements & Qualifications :
• Education: Professional finance qualification such as CA, CPA, CFA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Work Experience: At least 15 years of finance experience, including substantial senior leadership experience in multinational organizations.
• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to influence and advise senior executives, CEOs, boards, and other key stakeholders.
• Financial Expertise: Strong background in commercial finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial strategy, and business partnering.
• Governance & Controls: Extensive knowledge of corporate governance, financial controls, reporting, and working capital management.
• Multinational Experience: Ability to operate effectively across multiple countries, business functions, and matrix organizational structures.
• Industry Background: Experience in real estate, professional services, financial services, or related industries is an advantage.
• Location Preference: Candidates currently based in the GCC and willing to relocate to Riyadh are encouraged to apply.
• Language Skills: Arabic language proficiency is an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Core Competencies: Strategic thinking, commercial awareness, leadership, financial analysis, and strong stakeholder management skills.
