Key Responsibilities:
• Set up banquet function rooms per BEO.
• Serve F&B to guests according to performance standards.
• Follow sequence of service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries/complaints courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment care, and hygiene.
• Uphold hotel policies and safety procedures.
• Flexible to work different shifts and outlets.
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum High School Graduate; College Degree in Hotel Management/related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Waitress in a 5-star F&B outlet OR 1 year in a 5-star hotel.
• Languages: Fluent in English (written & spoken); Arabic is desirable.
