Construction Manager – Real Estate & Construction
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead residential and mixed-use construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders throughout the construction process.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, construction quality and overall performance.
• Ensure that site activities comply with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards and company policies.
• Track construction progress and address issues that could affect project delivery.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements & Qualifications :
• At least 8 years of experience in construction management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Mandatory previous construction experience in the UAE or wider GCC region.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of construction project management and delivery.
• Good knowledge of quality control, project budgeting and scheduling.
• Familiarity with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Strong coordination, leadership and communication skills.
