KEY REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES.
š¹ Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or related projects.
š¹ Appropriate HSE qualifications and professional certifications for the position applied for.
š¹ Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and environmental requirements.
š¹ Experience in preparing and reviewing Risk Assessments (RA), Method Statements (MS), and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
š¹ Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and workplace risk assessments.
š¹ Identify hazards, implement control measures, and monitor compliance with approved safety procedures.
š¹ Investigate incidents and near misses, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
š¹ Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for employees and subcontractors.
š¹ Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and ensure safe execution of high-risk activities.
š¹ Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, incident reports, and compliance registers.
š¹ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to promote a strong safety culture.
š¹ For the HSE Manager position, demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and monitor site-wide HSE performance.
