Duties and Responsibilities:
Item price analysis and calculation of materials, labor and equipment costs
Quantities Inventory and Preparation and Review of Quantity Tables
Prepare estimated costs and technical and financial quotes for projects
Request, analyze and compare quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
Preparation and review of subcontractors' extracts and verification of executed quantities
Inventory and pricing of additional business and change orders
Updating the price database and following up on market prices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Appropriate qualification in civil or architectural engineering or quantitative accounting
At least five years of experience in pricing and quantities in contracting companies.
Experience in pricing of residential, commercial buildings and finishing works
Good knowledge of the prices of materials, workmanship, and subcontractors in the Saudi market
