Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee construction operations and ensure that site activities follow approved project plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, construction managers, site engineers and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction progress against approved programmes and contractual milestones.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings and quality standards.
• Implement health, safety and environmental procedures across construction activities.
• Resolve construction-related technical and operational challenges.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, planning and commercial teams to avoid delays.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, material availability and subcontractor performance.
• Review construction risks and introduce measures to improve productivity and project delivery.
• Support project completion, snagging, defect resolution and handover.
Experience Requirements :
• Significant experience managing construction operations on large building projects.
• A strong background in high-rise and mid-rise developments.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Proven ability to manage programme, quality, safety and productivity.
• Previous experience in a similar construction leadership role.
• Mandatory GCC construction experience.
