Job Details :
• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• At least 15 years of overall construction experience, including 8 years planning and managing major international or regional projects of similar size at a senior level, the last 5 years as Project Manager.
• Membership of a chartered body is preferred, though a clear record of delivering successful projects is accepted instead.
• Good understanding of the main issues on projects of this kind, especially environmental impact and regional and local liaison.
• Proven experience in planning, execution, resource allocation, budgeting and delivery of large construction projects.
