🌟 Requirements:
◾ Saudi nationality is mandatory.
◾ Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
◾ Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
◾ Practical experience with Saudi government platforms, including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and the Chamber of Commerce.
◾ Knowledge of employee documentation, employment contracts, and HR administrative procedures.
◾ Experience in medical insurance administration, including enrollments, cancellations, and claims coordination.
◾ Ability to manage employee leave records, approvals, and related documentation.
◾ Familiarity with employee travel arrangements, including business trips and annual leave flight bookings.
◾ Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
◾ Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
◾ Good command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
◾ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
◾ Immediate availability or ability to join within one month.
