Requirements:
• Experience in Civil & MEP Estimation
• Strong knowledge of PlanSwift & AutoCAD
• BOQ Preparation & Quantity Takeoff
• Cost Estimation, Rate Analysis & Tendering
• Proficiency in AI Tools for faster estimation
• Ability to read drawings and prepare accurate quotations
• UAE construction industry experience preferred
