Job Role & Responsibilities:
🔹 Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained across the group's restaurant outlets and food operations in Qatar.
🔹 Ensure full compliance with Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) food safety regulations and applicable HACCP requirements.
🔹 Maintain accurate inspection reports, internal audit records, and food safety documentation.
🔹 Collaborate with operational teams to ensure consistent quality delivery.
Qualifications:
✔️ Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or Food Science.
✔️ Proven experience (up to 5 years preferred) as a QA & Hygiene Officer in F&B or multi-unit restaurant operations.
✔️ Certified in HACCP and ISO 22000.
