Requirements:
• Previous hospitality IT experience preferred
• Windows, hardware, Wi-Fi, printers and technical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of hotel PMS, POS and guest Wi-Fi systems is an advantage
• Understanding of IT security, backups and user-access management
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Hotel pre-opening experience is an advantage
