Production Supervisor
Job Location : Ajman, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise daily production activities within the wheat flour milling facility.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor milling operations and support efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Maintain compliance with company safety procedures and operational standards.
• Prepare production reports and monitor equipment performance.
• Support continuous process improvements to enhance productivity.
Requirements & Qualifications :
• Education & Experience: Experience in the wheat flour milling industry; previous hands-on experience working in a wheat flour mill is mandatory, including Production Supervisor experience within the industry; UAE experience preferred, though relevant home-country milling experience is also accepted.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of wheat flour milling operations, production supervision, and quality control.
• Core Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills; familiarity with manufacturing safety procedures and process management.
