Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
KSC approval preferred.
Previous experience in MEW substation projects and Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) projects preferred.
Knowledge of architectural design, working drawings, specifications, and finishing works.
Experience in site supervision and coordination with civil and MEP teams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
