🔹 Position OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Management Executive / Officer with hands-on experience in inventory control, stores operations, material handling, ERP-based inventory management, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
🔹 Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end inventory and stores operations
• Handle material receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across all locations
• Conduct periodic/interim inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits
• Analyze inventory variances and implement corrective actions
• Maintain inventory records and transactions through ERP systems
• Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Teams, and Production for material planning
• Ensure proper material handling, storage, and inventory control procedures
• Prepare inventory, stock movement, and reconciliation reports
• Develop and maintain reports using Power BI, VBA, and MS Office tools
• Support purchasing, inventory, and material management activities
• Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures
🔹 Required Skills amp; Experience
âś… Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX
✅ Good understanding of Supply Chain Management, including:• Purchasing• Inventory Management• Material Management
✅ Hands-on experience in:• Inventory Control amp; Stock Management• Stores Operations• Material Handling• Inventory Counts amp; Variance Analysis• Material Receipt amp; Issue Processes
âś… Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
âś… Experience with Power BI and VBA reporting tools
âś… Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
âś… Excellent coordination and communication abilities
🎓 Educational QualificationMinimum Qualification:
• Diploma in Engineering, OR
• B.Com, OR
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Masters Degree: Optional
