We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, stock control, distribution, and compliance with HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse, receiving, storage, and distribution operations.
- Maintain optimum stock levels across bonded and operational warehouses.
- Ensure effective inventory control using FEFO/FIFO practices.
- Manage warehouse layout, facilities, fleet, and operational resources.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, security, and company policies.
- Review stock, sales, and order requirements with Procurement.
- Monitor critical stock levels and key account stock requirements.
- Prepare operational reports, statistics, and annual warehouse budgets.
- Lead, coach, and manage the warehouse and transport teams.
- Plan team schedules and monitor performance.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and external parties.
- Continuously improve warehouse processes and service quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in warehouse and inventory operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics.
- Experience with FEFO/FIFO and date-sensitive stock.
Experience in facilities, asset, fleet, HSE, and compliance management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.
- Working knowledge of import/export processes and documentation is an advantage.
