Guest Relations Agent

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth guest operations.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and related front office activities.
• Maintain accurate guest records and communication.
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
• Support daily guest relations activities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (as estimated in source posting); previous experience in Holiday Homes, Vacation Rentals, Hotels, Hospitality, Guest Relations, or Front Office, with Dubai/UAE hospitality experience an added advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of guest relations, customer service excellence, and hotel/holiday home operations and front office procedures.
• Core Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; organized, proactive, and customer-focused approach; ability to work six days per week on rotational shifts; ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
