Inventory Controller
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and verify all incoming and outgoing stock of vehicles and parts.
• Conduct routine stock audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Maintain optimal stock levels by analyzing sales forecasts and demand trends.
• Support procurement planning by identifying fast-moving and slow-moving items.
• Coordinate stock replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Liaise with sales, service, and parts departments to align inventory availability with operational needs.
• Ensure timely updates to stock status for internal teams and management.
• Assist in planning promotions, stock rotations, and showroom vehicle allocation.
• Prepare and present detailed inventory reports for management decision-making.
• Maintain accurate documentation of stock movements, adjustments, and transfers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards.
• Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize loss and damage.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of vehicles, parts, and accessories.
• Support audit requirements and regulatory compliance related to stock.
Qualifications & Certifications & Experience :
• High School or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in inventory control or stock management, preferably in automotive industry.
• Knowledge of ERP/DMS inventory systems and MS Office applications.
