Requirement:
Candidates having 3-8 years of Sales / Business Development experience in Freight Forwarding ( UAE Market) may please apply. (Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered)
– Strong background in business development, sales, and account management within Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics.
– Knowledge of freight forwarding (Air and Ocean), warehousing, customs brokerage, and related logistics services.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
– Proven ability in market research, opportunity identification, and pipeline management, supported by analytical and strategic thinking.
– Experience in managing complex projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and meeting revenue and growth targets.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are an advantage.
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong reporting and documentation skills.
– Comfort working in multicultural environments and challenging markets; fluency in English required, additional regional languages are a plus.
