â—¾ Proven senior-level experience in factory management, plant operations, or manufacturing leadership.
â—¾ Strong background in industrial manufacturing, mechanical equipment, valves, or related engineering industries.
â—¾ Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end manufacturing and plant operations.
â—¾ Strong knowledge of production planning, maintenance, QA/QC, supply chain, and workforce management.
â—¾ Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence, productivity improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
â—¾ Strong understanding of EHS requirements, international manufacturing standards, and Saudi regulatory compliance.
