General Requirements:
* University degree in the relevant engineering discipline.
* Practical experience appropriate for the applied position.
* Hands-on experience in executing major projects; experience in real estate development, residential, and commercial projects is preferred.
* Experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and various project stakeholders.
* Good knowledge of drawings, technical specifications, and execution requirements.
* Proficiency in using engineering software and discipline-specific programs.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to handle project responsibilities.
* Previous experience with projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is preferred.
