YAF Medical is expanding, and we're looking for a passionate, results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and accelerate our growth across multiple healthcare and retail channels.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in Pharmacy channel
✔ Strong background in Clinics & Medical Centers
✔ Experience managing FMCG products
✔ Hands-on experience with Modern Trade accounts
✔ Exposure to Beauty Retail Outlets and cosmetic chains
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies across all sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure excellent execution, reporting, and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role.
- Demonstrated success across Pharmacy, Clinics, FMCG, Modern Trade, and Beauty Outlet channels.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Valid Qatar QID with transferable sponsorship.
