▪️ Good knowledge of managing computers, printers, technical devices and their accessories.
▪️ Experience in LAN, Internet, Wi-Fi and troubleshooting.
▪️ Knowledge of ERP, HRMS, and attendance systems.
▪️ Good knowledge of the principles of cybersecurity, information security, and user authority management.
▪️ Knowledge of Backup & Recovery, Data Protection and Recovery.
▪️ Knowledge of managing servers, cloud services, databases, and storage.
▪️ Strong skills in troubleshooting and technical problem solving.
▪️ Good communication and support skills for users.
▪️ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and work efficiently under pressure.

▪️ Equipping, configuring and maintaining employee equipment, computers, printers, and managing the inventory of technical assets.
▪️ Manage and monitor intranets, internet, and Wi-Fi and ensure their stability and performance.
▪️ Manage the company's systems and programs, email, ERP, HRMS, and attendance.
▪️ Provide technical support to employees and address hardware, software, and system problems.
▪️ Manage user accounts and permissions, address sign-in issues, and reset passwords.
▪️ Implement and follow up cybersecurity procedures and protect the company's data and systems.
▪️ Perform and monitor backups and ensure that data can be restored when needed.
▪️ Manage and monitor servers, cloud services, databases, and storage systems.
▪️ Follow up on software licenses, maintenance contracts, suppliers, and technical needs.
▪️ Support the implementation of projects, new technical systems, and System Integration processes.
