Key Responsibilities :
• Operate the loader safely and efficiently.
• Move raw materials and construction materials within the factory.
• Support loading and unloading activities.
• Assist production and dispatch teams with material movement.
• Maintain safe operating practices.
• Perform basic pre-operation checks.
• Report mechanical or operational problems.
• Follow company safety rules and instructions.
• Keep the working area organized during material-handling activities.
Qualification & Experience :
• Minimum 2 years of loader operating experience.
• Experience in a block or concrete manufacturing factory.
• Experience handling construction materials.
• Knowledge of safe heavy-equipment operation.
• A valid UAE operator licence/certification is preferred.
• Ability to work in an industrial and factory environment.
