๐น Key Responsibilities
Control and maintain QA/QC documentation for miter bend and fittings manufacturing projects.
Coordinate with QC, Production, Engineering, Planning, Client, and TPIA teams.
Review documents for completeness, revision control, traceability, signatures, and inspection status.
Maintain document registers, inspection registers, test registers, NCR registers, punch lists, and submission trackers.
Prepare and expedite Inspection Requests (IRs) and inspection notifications.
Follow up for pending inspection reports, NDT reports, MTCs, calibration certificates, and test certificates.
Compile and submit MRBs, Quality Dossiers, and Final Data Books.
Prepare document transmittals and submission packages.
Track Client/TPIA comments, approvals, rejections, and resubmissions.
Ensure obsolete documents are properly controlled and not used.
Maintain both soft-copy and hard-copy QA/QC records.
Coordinate with TPIA, NDT laboratories, and subcontractors for pending documentation.
Escalate documentation delays that may affect product release, dispatch, or project milestones.

Heat Numbers, Weld Numbers & Component Numbers
Drawings and Inspection References
๐ Requirements
3โ7 years of relevant experience in QA/QC documentation, document control, or oil & gas fabrication/manufacturing projects.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
Good knowledge of MS Office, document registers, transmittals, and electronic document-control systems.
Ability to understand basic drawings, inspection reports, MTCs, NDT reports, and project quality documentation.
Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and document-tracking skills.
Experience dealing with Client/TPIA documentation and approvals will be an advantage.
๐ฏ Overall Responsibility
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, and timely QA/QC documentation, maintaining full document traceability, and expediting Client/TPIA approvals so that manufacturing, inspection, and product release are not delayed.
