Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
Requirements:
• Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Strong expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, cost control, and contract administration
• Experience in preparing bills of quantities (BOQs), project valuations, variation orders, and cost reports
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications
