Senior Health & Safety Officer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures on site
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
• Identify hazards and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions
• Prepare safety reports and maintain documentation
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safe working practices
• Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend preventive measures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• NEBOSH certification (required)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE construction industry
• Preferably with experience in high-rise building construction projects
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality & UAE HSE regulations
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
