š Qualifications and Requirements:
š¹ Previous experience in debt collection is preferred.
š¹ Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
š¹ Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.
š¹ Proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
š¹ Compliance with regulations, policies and business procedures.
š Main Functions:
š¹ Communicating with customers to follow up on financial dues.
š¹ Negotiate payment plans and reach appropriate solutions.
š¹ Documenting customer data and feedback in the system.
š¹ Achieve monthly achievement targets.
š¹ Prepare daily reports on the progress of collections.
