Qualification :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Master’s Degree (Preferred)
• Professional Interior Design Certification (Added Advantage)
Experience :
• Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience
• Strong Hospitality Interior Design background
• Experience managing luxury hotel projects
• Team leadership experience
• Client handling skills
• Experience with international consultants
• Strong project delivery record
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead complete hospitality design projects
• Manage interior design teams
• Coordinate with architects and consultants
• Monitor project schedules
• Ensure quality standards
• Client presentations
• Budget management
• Design approvals
• Material selection
