Key Responsibilities
1-Cost Management: Monitor food, beverage, and packaging costs to identify variances and control waste.
2-Inventory Control: Conduct periodic physical inventory checks and reconcile them with recorded stock.
3-Menu & Recipe Costing: Calculate the cost of recipes and menus in collaboration with Executive Chefs to suggest optimal selling prices.
4-Reporting: Prepare monthly cost reports, variance analysis (actual vs. budget), and profitability reports per outlet.
5-Compliance: Maintain accurate records for Zakat and Tax (VAT) in accordance with Saudi accounting standards.
Candidate Requirements
1-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
2-Experience: Minimum of 4 years in F&B cost control within standalone restaurants
3-Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP and POS systems (e.g., Oracle Hospitality, Micros, or Odoo) and advanced MS Excel.
