Chocolatier
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce and prepare premium chocolate products, including pralines, bonbons, truffles, bars, and seasonal collections.
• Perform chocolate tempering, molding, filling, coating, and decorating to the highest standards.
• Develop new chocolate recipes and innovative product concepts.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all products.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
• Support daily production planning and inventory management.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Chocolatier or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of chocolate production techniques and processes.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for fine chocolate.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards is preferred.
