š Key Responsibilities:
š¹ Coordinate and ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions and system implementations
š¹ Analyze business applications and recommend enhancements and upgrades
š¹ Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
š¹ Collaborate with business users, developers, and vendors to deliver IT projects
š¹ Ensure installations, maintenance, and system upgrades are completed on schedule
š¹ Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
š¹ Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
š Requirements:
š¹ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
š¹ Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required
š¹ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT solution delivery, application support, or a similar role
š¹ Strong knowledge of systems analysis, databases, and enterprise IT applications
š¹ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
š¹ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
š¹ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
š¹ Eagerness to learn and stay updated with emerging technologies
