Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of procurement experience with a construction main contractor in the UAE/GCC.
Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, suppliers, and subcontract procurement.
Experience with ERP systems and procurement management processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
