We are looking for a Group Commercial Management Manager with outstanding leadership experience to drive business growth, business development, revenue maximization, and build strategic partnerships that support the Group's expansion into the Saudi market.
Main Functions:
Preparing and executing the Group's business strategy.
Attracting strategic clients and developing businesses.
Building and managing partnerships with government and private entities.
Lead the sales team and achieve revenue targets.
Manage senior clients and foster long-term relationships.
Develop cross-selling opportunities between the group's companies.
Prepare business proposals and negotiate contracts.
CRM system management, sales performance analysis, and periodic reporting.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial or business development field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position.
Experience in multi-service companies or group companies (a plus).
Strong network in the Saudi market.
Advanced knowledge in B2B sales, business development, tender management, CRM systems, and business proposal preparation.
