Sous Chef - Cold Kitchen
Job Location : Kuwait
Requirements:
• Proven Experience As A Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, Or In A Similar Role Within The Cold
Kitchen Section.
• Strong Knowledge Of Cold Food Preparation, Including Salads, Appetizers, Cold
• Platters, Sandwiches, Dressings, And Buffet Presentations.
• Ability To Maintain High Standards Of Food Quality, Hygiene, And Presentation.
• Sound Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Haccp Standards.
• Experience In Supervising, Coaching, And Training Kitchen Staff.
• Ability To Manage Inventory, Stock Rotation, And Food Cost Control.
• Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
• Ability To Perform Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
• Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.
• Culinary Diploma Or Relevant Professional Culinary Qualification Is Preferred.
• Flexibility To Work Shifts, Weekends, And Public Holidays As Required.
