Flight Operations Officer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Coordinate daily flight operations, including flight planning, overflight and landing permits, airport slots, handling, fuel, and ground support services
• Monitor flights and provide operational support to flight crews before, during, and after each mission
• Liaise with airports, FBOs, handling agents, fuel providers, aviation authorities, and permit providers worldwide
• Prepare operational documentation and maintain accurate flight records
• Monitor weather, NOTAMs, operational restrictions, and other factors affecting flight operations
• Coordinate crew logistics, passenger requirements, and schedule updates as required
• Support operational compliance in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
Requirements :
• Previous experience in business aviation, flight operations, dispatch, trip support, or a related aviation role
• Good understanding of flight planning, overflight and landing permits, airport slots, handling arrangements, and international business aviation operations
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and aviation operational systems
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
