Hiring a highly motivated and detail-oriented to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial management experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to support strategic business decisions within a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
-Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
-Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis.
-Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
-Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company policies.
-Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
-Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations.
-Conduct financial analysis to identify business risks and opportunities.
-Monitor project costs and profitability.
-Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
-4–7 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
-Experience in Real Estate or Property Development is preferred.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
-Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA) is preferred.
