We are hiring for an ongoing Government Schools Facility Management Project in the #Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
š Location: #Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
š Position: Maintenance Supervisor
š§ Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance activities (Preventive & Corrective Maintenance)
Manage technical teams and subcontractors
Ensure SLA/KPI compliance
Monitor work orders and site operations
Coordinate with operations and school management
š Requirements:
Experience in Facility Management or Maintenance Operations
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing)
Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment
