Registered Nurse (Oncology – Inpatient)
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Core Duties :
• Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care to oncology inpatients.
• Administer medications, chemotherapy therapies, and prescribed medical treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to dynamic changes in clinical status.
• Assess patient needs, develop nursing care plans, and maintain complete clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and family members regarding complex treatment pathways and home care requirements.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, oncologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safety.
Skills & Experience :
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter; BLS Certification is required (ACLS preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of dedicated inpatient oncology nursing experience within an acute care hospital.
• Core Knowledge: Strong expertise in oncology nursing practices, inpatient care management, infection control, and emergency response protocols.
• Traits: Excellent communication skills, strong clinical assessment abilities, and a commitment to patient safety.
