Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Primary Accountabilities :
• Manage the reception area and greet visitors in a professional manner.
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Respond to emails and manage general office correspondence.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
• Maintain office records, files, and administrative documentation.
• Support daily office operations and coordinate with internal departments.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and professional front-of-house environment.
Core Competencies :
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in reception, front office, or administrative roles (UAE experience is an advantage).
• High School Diploma, Diploma in Business Administration, or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong computer literacy and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, call handling, and meeting coordination skills.
• Proven organizational and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
