Office Administrator & PRO (Public Relations Officer)
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Primary Accountabilities :
• Manage daily office operations, correspondence, scheduling, and executive support activities.
• Maintain organized filing systems for company records, contracts, and official documentation.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, office supplies, and employee onboarding documentation.
• Process and manage visa applications, renewals, Emirates ID requests, labor cards, and entry permits.
• Handle trade license renewals, amendments, and regulatory documentation for mainland and free zone entities.
• Liaise with UAE government authorities, including MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DED, and related departments.
• Maintain compliance calendars to ensure all regulatory deadlines and renewals are met.
• Coordinate document attestation, legalization, and MOFAIC submissions as required.
• Support internal stakeholders with administrative and compliance-related matters.
Core Competencies :
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on UAE experience in a combined Office Administrator and PRO role.
• Previous experience within a law firm or legal consultancy environment is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Deep knowledge of UAE government portals, including MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DED, Tasheel, and AMER.
• Mandatory fluency in English; additional knowledge of German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong background in licensing, visa processing, corporate documentation, and Microsoft Office tools.
