Job Details :
• Maintain company vehicles list and renew all the vehicles upon expiry.
• Responsible for payment of Traffic fines, Salik Charges and submitting reports to concerned department.
• Process and coordinate with Labor & Immigration department for all activities related to obtaining, canceling and renewal of Labor Cards & Residence Visas and related issues to ensure uninterrupted legal/residence status for employees of the company.
• Maintain and update all the information pertaining to passport, work permit, emirates id, residence visa and all related documents, to enable efficient management of related activities.
• Renewal of all business and trade Licenses on time and and follow-up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
• Processing of Power of Attorney, Online Appointment and other Transactions related to Judicial Department
• Follow ups on all tasks assigned.
