Personal Secretary
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Director's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
• Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
• Arrange travel, bookings, and itineraries as required.
• Prepare and organize files, presentations, and reports related to interior design projects.
• Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Perform other secretarial and personal assistance tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Female candidate only
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the interior design / fit-out industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness.
