Job Responsibilities
– Oversee daily office operations, manage supply inventories, and route correspondence.
– Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments
– Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems, employee records, and company policies
– Act as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring pipeline.
– Assist with background checks, reference verifications, and onboarding tasks for new hires.
– Generate recruitment metric dashboards and compile reports on time-to-hire and operational efficiency.
Requirements
– Valid Freelance Qatar ID (QID)
– Bachelor degree
– Relevant experience in Qatar
– Good Communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
