Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with KOC/KNPC HSE requirements and project safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments for construction activities.
• Monitor permit-to-work implementation and safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents and follow up on corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HSE experience, including 5 years in Oil & Gas construction projects.
• NEBOSH IGC certification mandatory; additional HSE certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, PTW systems, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
