Hiring for a reliable and customer-focused to join our team in the UAE. Deliver top-notch service in foreign currency exchange & remittance. Immediate joiners preferred!
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform foreign currency exchange and remittance transactions accurately
– Handle cash responsibly and maintain proper cash balances
– Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
– Promote exchange products and services to support sales targets
– Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and company policies
– Maintain proper transaction records and documentation
Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
– Prior sales or customer service experience (exchange or financial services experience is an advantage)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Willingness to relocate within any Emirate
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
