Restaurant Manager
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop store strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc).
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Notice if equipment operates properly and reports any maintenance needs.
• Sales targets & budget +cos of sales control, wastage, stocks, inventory, weekly, and daily operational reports.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration or any related
• 3-5 years of experience in the food and beverage sector
• Proven track record of hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising restaurant staff
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, reducing costs, and boosting revenue
• Familiarity with modern POS systems, inventory tracking, and reservation software
• Ability to handle payroll, track inventory, control food costs, and work with P&L (Profit & Loss) statements.
• Strict adherence to health codes, and sanitation standards.
