Logistics Coordinator
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Coordinate daily logistics and supply chain operations
• Manage shipment processing and ensure timely delivery schedules
• Handle documentation related to import, export, and logistics activities
• Work with UAE government systems and online portals as required
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
• Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Requirements :
• Experience in logistics and supply chain operations
• Knowledge of UAE government systems and logistics portals
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage documentation and shipment processing efficiently
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Filipino candidates preferred
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of shipment tracking and documentation
• Strong knowledge of UAE import/export procedures
• Strong knowledge of government portals and compliance systems
• Strong knowledge of coordination with vendors and internal teams
