Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct psychological assessments and clinical evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required
• Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards

Requirements :

• Arabic-speaking or Western-trained Clinical Psychologist
• Minimum 3 years of clinical psychology experience
• UAE healthcare experience preferred
• Eligibility for licensing with the Department of Health (DOH) Abu Dhabi
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment and diagnosis
• Strong knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques
• Strong knowledge of mental health treatment planning
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and case management
• Strong knowledge of ethical and professional healthcare practices
